Philadelphia, Pennsylvania- It was a tough day at the office for automotive journalist Doug DeMuro, who made a fortune buying, filming and driving ridiculous cars, and hoping the car would breakdown. Last week, Doug DeMuro picked up an used autonomous car, and posted his video to YouTube about his new purchase. He was expecting huge viewing numbers, he only had one view, and it was his Mother.
There has been a huge decline in the amount of automotive journalists.. Unfortunately, autonomous cars have taken away the need for people to report on what it is like to drive cars, since they now drive themselves. Robot and Rider reached out to Doug DeMuro for a comment, but his Mom picked up the phone and said he hasn't left his room in the basement since Tuesday.
It's a sad day for automotive journalism, and the world has lost another journalists to robot cars. Luckily, Robot and Rider is run by robots, and we don't care what people think.
