Little Rock, Arkansas- Have you ever forgotten to do something? Of course you have. Well for a video store owner in Little Rock, Arkansas when his autonomous car forgot to pick him up from karate class, it was a big deal. You can imagine the rage that occurred after he had to walk home from class.
This is the first time that Robot and Rider heard of an autonomous car forgetting to pick up its owner. Most owners have been quite please with the autonomous cars ability to remember its daily duties. This was not that case for Chris, a Little Rock video store owner.
Chris had asked his autonomous car to pick him up at 7 pm sharp from karate practice. He had a date that evening with the waitress from the nearby Olive Garden. When 7pm came the autonomous car had not shown up. Chris rang his autonomous vehicle, and it told him that it had forgot, and it will be there shortly. This enraged Chris because as a young boy his Mom would always forget to pick him up from school.
Chris decided to just walk home. When he arrived at home his autonomous car was still in the driveway and hadn't even left to pick up Chris from karate class. Chris freaked out on his autonomous car, and said all the hateful things he had wished he said to his mom, to his autonomous car.
Robot and Rider reached out to the autonomous car for comment, but it refused to take our call. Chris never did end up going on a date with the local Olive Garden waitress. When Robot and Rider asked Chris for a comment he said, "I HATE ROBOTS!"
